On October 4, Plácido Domingo returns to Spain to star in a commemoratory concert organised by Universidad Católica de Murcia in remembrance of its president and founder, José Luis Mendoza, at the Victor Villegas Auditorium.

Following his return to the Spanish stages with a highly acclaimed concert in Marbella, Plácido Domingo travels to Italy on August 21 to star in a Noche Española at the iconic Arena di Verona, marking the 55th anniversary of his house debut.  

On August 13, Plácido Domingo returns to Spain to star in a Noche de Ópera y Zarzuela at the Starlite Festival in Marbella, joined by Ismael Jordi and Operalia Laureate Serena Sáenz. Jordi Bernàcer conducts the Orquesta Sinfónica de Málaga.

Following the star-studded celebration of Andrea Bocelli’s career in Tuscany, Plácido Domingo travels to Mongolia on August 3rd to perform for the first time at the Mongolian State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet in Ulaanbaatar.

On July 17, following performances in Greece and Czech Republic, Plácido Domingo returns to Italy to join Andrea Bocelli’s 30th Anniversary Celebration at Teatro del Silenzio in Lajatico, Tuscany.

On the evening of July 10, Plácido Domingo and José Carreras reunited in Athens, at the stage of the iconic Panathanaikos Stadium, the venue that hosted the ceremony to hand over the Olympic flame to the 2024 Paris Olympics organisers a few weeks before.
