Following a glorious Zarzuela Gala in Murcia, Spain, Plácido Domingo travels to Armenia on October 8 to perform at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall in Yerevan.

Following his highly acclaimed farewell concert in Hamburg, Plácido Domingo returns to Spain on October 4 for a Zarzuela Gala organised by Universidad Católica de Murcia in remembrance of its president and founder, José Luis Mendoza.

On September 29, Plácido Domingo travels to Germany for a very special Gala Concert at Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, bidding farewell to a city that played a major role in his unparalleled career. 

This year's Operalia's First Prize honors were awarded to Kathleen O'Mara (soprano, USA) and Le Bu (bass-baritone, China), who were also honored with the Birgit Nilsson Award.

The 2024 edition of Plácido Domingo’s Operalia, The World Opera Competition, takes place in Mumbai, India from September 15 to the 21st, hosted by NCPA Mumbai and the Symphony Orchestra of India (SOI).

On October 4, Plácido Domingo returns to Spain to star in a commemoratory concert organised by Universidad Católica de Murcia in remembrance of its president and founder, José Luis Mendoza, at the Victor Villegas Auditorium.
