In return to Metropolitan Opera, Plácido Domingo stars in Ernani with James Levine
Plácido Domingo returns to the stage of the Metropolitan Opera to star in Verdi's Ernani, making his debut in the baritone role of Don Carlo from March 20 to April 11, 2015.
This production reunites Domingo with James Levine in the conductor's first Met Ernani since 1983. The cast also includes Francesco Meli in the title role, and soprano Angela Meade in the role of Elvira.
